A man faces child rape charges for allegedly molesting a little girl over a series of years before she came forward to report him.“It just makes you sick,” said McMinnville police detective Todd Rowland who investigated the case that included numerous incidents of child molestation that happened over a time frame of around four years. Charged with four counts of child rape and four counts of aggravated sexual battery is Stephen Berline Orrick. He could face 15 to 25 years on each of the child rape counts, meaning he is looking at what would constitute a life sentence should he be convicted of the crimes.
