What road is a quarter mile long, filled with potholes, and apparently has no owner?The answer is Omni Drive.This two-lane road, located between Three Star Mall and River Park Hospital, has been a source of controversy in recent years as neither the city or county is willing to claim it. As a result, the road is in poor shape, a fact which has angered many motorists who use it regularly.“We’ve gotten calls about it several times and we’ve even taken it before the Highway and Bridge Committee,” said Road Superintendent Levie Glenn, who is in charge of maintaining county roads. “It’s in rough shape, I’ll certainly agree with that.
