Captain William West, Troop Commander of the 278th Armored Cavalry F Troop in McMinnville, attended the Breakfast Rotary Club meeting Tuesday to speak about the new armory being built. He told the club, “I hope this peaks your interest and gets you excited about the unit and the armory here in your hometown.”
