A Morrison man was killed over the weekend in a motorcycle crash in Franklin County.The victim, Charles M. Pruitt, 46, died at Harton Regional Medical Center in Tullahoma from injuries he sustained in the one-vehicle wreck Saturday evening.According to Highway Patrol reports, Pruitt was traveling northbound on his 2001 FWD Harley-Davidson motorcycle around 10 p.m. when he ran off the right side of the roadway. His motorcycle then went down an embankment and struck several trees on its way down. The accident happened on Old Await Road in the northern part of Franklin County (Winchester).Investigators say Pruitt was wearing a helmet at the time of the fatal crash.
