The dream of a visitor’s parking lot in the circle in front of West Elementary may remain only a dream as school officials say they are drowning in fix-up projects.“The middle school cost was around $300,000,” said school maintenance supervisor Donnie Caldwell, regarding the costs paving projects can present. Caldwell said the middle school project was under consideration for nearly a decade. The idea of a visitor’s parking lot was presented by West principal Michelle Lewis.
