Kenneth Medlen has been voted president of the Warren County A&L Fair by fair officers and executive board members. Medlen had been acting as interim president since the death of former fair president Kevin Lawrence in May.“I’ve got some big shoes to fill,” said Medlen. “Our biggest project going on now is new bathrooms.
