A McMinnville man has entered guilty pleas to two counts of murder in DeKalb County.David Howard Dixon, 45, pled guilty under a negotiated settlement on Monday to two counts of second-degree murder.Judge David Patterson sentenced Dixon to two 35-year terms in the August 2012 killings of Ramon Beacham, 55, and Jose Sagaon Ticante, 43. The terms are to run concurrently, meaning at the same time.Dixon was immediately thought to be a suspect and was arrested the same day the bodies were discovered. He was held without bond at DeKalb County Jail, then later transferred to Henderson County.
