A man who rammed a deputy’s car and barreled through a cemetery last week has been captured hiding in a trailer on Jacksboro Road.The fugitive, R.D. Martin, was arrested without further incident Thursday night after deputies surrounded the home in which he was hiding.“He came to the door and surrendered peacefully,” said sheriff’s Capt. Bo Ramsey, noting Martin’s options for escape were limited given the number of officers surrounding the residence.Lawmen had been looking for Martin since he intentionally rammed a patrol car on Pike Hill Road last week as officers were trying to stop the pickup he was driving. The truck ended up running through a graveyard where it destroyed a fence and overturned three tombstones. Martin was able to get away on foot, leaving two passengers and a meth lab in the truck.
