Martin sentenced to six years for her role in ambush, robbery

A woman has been given a six-year sentence for her involvement in the ambush and robbery of a local man.The woman, Misty Beth Martin, entered guilty pleas to charges of robbery and theft and was given a six-year sentence. She will be released from jail next month on time served and begin her 18-month Drug Court program. She will owe probation time and perhaps more jail time once she completes the intensive rehab program.She was arrested along with Amber Lee Moser after they were tied to the crime where a Hispanic man was targeted for robbery.
