McMinnville Electric System retired the painting called “Squirrel on a Limb” that hung in the building’s conference room for over a decade.“It was painted by one of our employees, John Duncan,” said MES general manager and CEO Rodney Boyd. “Duncan is retired. The painting has hung here for about 12 years.”
