Man indicted who didn't build barn

Indictments were handed down by the Warren County grand jury in its regular March session, including an indictment against a man who reportedly took money to build a barn and then did not do the work.The bogus barn builder, James Henry Banks, 52, was indicted on the charge of theft over $10,000. His charges come after he was paid $10,835 to build a barn for a man on R. Gribble Road. The victim said he originally paid Banks $1,500 and he did a small amount of work on the barn.
