A man who attacked another man outside the VFW, sending the victim to the hospital, has been given probation.The defendant, Juanito G. Morano, 32, entered guilty pleas before Circuit Court Judge Bart Stanley to charges of possession of meth and aggravated assault. He was given a three-year judicial diversion, assessed a $2,000 fine, and must undergo a drug and alcohol assessment. He must also make restitution to the victim.
