A man found in possession of a pipe bomb during the raid of a meth-making operation will serve half a year in jail and will be required to perform 100 hours of community service work. The defendant, Joey Robert Pickle, was ordered by Circuit Court Judge Bart Stanley to serve 180 days of an eight-year sentence, pay $2,000 plus court costs, and perform 100 hours public service work upon his release from jail on charges of initiating the process to manufacture meth and possession of a prohibited weapon, which was in this case a pipe bomb.Pickle was arrested along with four other defendants including Shane Michael West, Casey Bryan Gibbs, Kathey Pickle and Ashley Anderson in connection with a meth lab operation.
