KINGSPORT, Tenn. (AP) — A Kingsport man is charged with aggravated assault after police say he hit a 9-year-old boy in the head with a rock. According to a police report in the Kingsport Times-News 21-year-old Christopher Shawn Wilson, a white man, and two others beckoned a black boy and friend who were walking down the street to come over to their car on Wednesday evening. The men started calling the boys names and the boys ran into an alley.
