Man accused of illegally tattooing girl

COOKEVILLE, Tenn. (AP) — A man faces a May 16 court date in Cookeville on charges he tattooed a 13-year-old girl, a misdemeanor. Twenty-four-year-old Jimmy E. Hancock of Silver Point is accused of tattooing the word "DREAM" on the lower abdomen of the girl. According to the Cookeville Herald-Citizen, the parents of the girl notified police.
