Locke hears 49-person docket

A 49-person docket was heard Thursday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Traffic Court.Included in traffic court action:• Elton Sanders was instructed to serve 25 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $483 and lose his driver license for two years for second-offense driving on a suspended license.• Justin Hill was ordered to serve 10 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $951 and undergo a drug and alcohol assessment for possession of drug paraphernalia.• Juana Rodriguez was bound to the grand jury on the charge of second-offense driving on a suspended license.• Noah Crouch was instructed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $1,261, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI school and lose his driver license for one year for DUI and driving without a license.• Tiffany Greer was directed to pay $303 for driving without a license or seatbelt and speeding.• Pedro Montez Jr. must pay $261 for public intoxication.• Miseal Juarez must serve 48 hours and pay $434 for driving on an expired license.• Courtney Lewis must pay $929, perform 24 hours public service work and lose her driver license for one year for underage driving while impaired.• Juan Arevalo and Christopher Fults must pay $152 for driving without a license.
