Locke hears 44-person court docket

A 44-person docket was heard Thursday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Traffic Court. Included in court action:• James Jennings was given an 11-29 sentence but released on time served and must pay $1,601 for possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia.• Jacob Damon was given an 11-29 judicial diversion and must pay $256 and perform 16 hours public service work for evading arrest.• Andy Elrod and Jeffery McPeak were ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $1,109, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI school and lose their driver license for one year for DUI.• Sally Rains was bound to the grand jury on the charge of DUI.• Christian Guzman and Crystal King were instructed to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence, pay $352 and lose his driver license for one year for driving on a suspended license.• Michael Butcher was instructed to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence, pay $352 and lose his driver license for one year for driving on a suspended license.• Gerardo Guzman must pay $365 for driving on a suspended license and speeding.• Tommy White must pay $369 for driving without a license and leaving the scene of an accident.• Tracy Donelson, Mike Satterfield, Misha Thomas, Giovanni Vidal, Aaron Yates, Cody McCormick, Heather Newby, Jess Pease, Marlenne Rangel, Daniel Holland and Phillip Gannaway must pay $152 for driving without a license.• Kris Hardeman must serve 48 hours for violation of probation.
