I am a big fan of “Frank and Ernest” by Bob Thaves, a cartoon strip featured in the Southern Standard. It’s one of the first things I read every time the paper is delivered to my house because it always makes use of a humorous pun, cliché or metaphor.
Where did that come from - I wouldn't touch that with a 10-foot pole
