A second Walmart cashier has been sentenced for stealing from the company over the summer.The former employee, Dakota L. McGowen, 24, was the first of three cashiers caught over the summer for skimming cash from the register. She entered a guilty plea before General Sessions Judge Bill Locke to the reduced charge of misdemeanor theft and was granted an 11-month, 29-day judicial diversion. The diversion means she can have her criminal record erased once her probation is complete.
