The last of three waiters cited for selling beer to an underage operative has entered a guilty plea. The waiter, Miguel Lopez-Sevilla, was granted an 11-month, 29-day judicial diversion for sale of alcohol to a minor. The diversion means he can have his criminal record erased once his probation is over. He was also directed to perform 100 hours public service work and pay $50 plus costs for both the alcohol to minor charge and for him not showing up for his original court date.
