Monday, July 10

The county Safety Committee will meet at 6:30 p.m. for an EMS update.

Tuesday, July 11

The county Highway and Bridge Committee will meet at 4 p.m. at the county Highway Department to consider budget transfers.
The county Health and Welfare Committee will meet at 5 p.m. Among the items of business, are review the proposed budget for the Health Department and receive monthly reports from the Health Department, Sanitation Department, and Animal Control and Adoption Center.

The city Safety Committee will meet at 6:30 p.m. to review the Police Department’s 2017-18 proposed budget and review the Fire Department’s 2017-18 proposed budget.

McMinnville’s Board of Mayor and Aldermen’s regular session begins at 7 p.m. Among the items of business to be discussed are bylaws for the Tourism Development Board and the Hotel/Motel Tax.

Thursday, July 13

The county Financial Management Committee will meet at 3:30 p.m. Among the items of business: 1) RFP-Architectural services upgrades renovations 2017 for Warren County Schools; 2) Award bid for interior painting at Warren County Schools; 3) Award bid for book audit 2017 for Warren County Schools; 4) Review fairground lease; 5) Budget amendments, if any; 6) Surplus property approval and disposal, if any; 7) Trustee’s report.

Friday, July 14

The county Corrections Partnership Committee will meet at 7 a.m. at the jail. On the agenda is facility maintenance.
