Barnes and Paul Michael Barnes for the continuance of River Trail North; 4) an ordinance to adopt a new Policies and Procedures Manual for McMinnville Police Department; 5) an ordinance for the city to enter into a two-year agreement with the state, with the city paying $4,000 a month in rent for the Driver Testing Center and the state paying all other expenses.
