Judge Bill Locke has ruled on the following cases in Traffic Court.

Jessica Hewitt was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-month, 29-day sentence for second-offense driving on a suspended license.

Tisha Michelle Holt was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and fined $750 for possession of meth. She can be furloughed to the TN Rocs program.

Anthony Wayne Neal was ordered to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence for second-offense driving on a revoked license.

Lorenzo Dennison was ordered to serve 48 hours for driving without a license.

Jamison Garrett Pack was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence for first-offense DUI. He must forfeit the gun in his possession at the time, have his driver license revoked for one year and pay a $350 fine.

Jeffery L. Tigue was ordered to serve 47 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay a $650 fine for second-offense DUI and driving on a revoked license. He had his driver license revoked for two years.

Becky Carol Williams was ordered to serve five days of an 11-29 sentence for second-offense driving on a revoked license.

Randall Mason was ordered to serve five days of an 11-29 sentence for third-offense driving on a revoked license.

Jamie Sue Ferrell was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence for second-offense driving on a revoked license.

Logan K. Fuqua was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence for first-offense DUI. He must have his driver license revoked for one year and pay a $350 fine. He was furloughed to adult recovery court for violation of probation.

Charles Carpenter Harding was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence for first-offense DUI. He must have his driver license revoked for one year and pay a $350 fine.

Anthony Tye McCormick was ordered to serve 4 days of an 11-29 sentence for first-offense DUI and second-offense driving on a suspended license. He must have his driver license revoked for one year and pay a $350 fine.

Anthony Troy Russell was ordered to serve 38 days of an 11-29 sentence for violation of probation, failure to appear, possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal impersonation.

Heather Bilyou was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence for possession of meth. She has the option to report to Buffalo Valley instead of jail.

Paula R. Davis, Carlos F. Martinez, Paul Allen Rice and Justin Brand Pease were ordered to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence for driving on a revoked license.

Ignacio Jantes was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence for second-offense driving on a suspended license.

Jeremy Lee Johnson was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence for second-offense driving on a revoked license.

Malcolm D. Peoples was credited with time served of an 11-29 sentence for second-offense driving on a revoked license.

Kurt Timothy Smith was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence for first-offense DUI. He must have his driver license revoked for one year and pay a $350 fine.
