Judge Bill Locke has ruled on the following cases in Traffic Court.
Justice Anderson was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence and have driver’s license revoked for one year for underage driving while impaired and simple possession. A judicial diversion was granted, meaning the charge can be erased.
Brittany Darnbush was ordered to serve 30 days and pay a $750 fine for possession of meth. She was granted a judicial diversion. She was given the option to go to rehab.
Scarlett D. Lawrence was ordered to serve 15 days of an 11-29 sentence for second-offense driving on a revoked license.
In separate cases, Thomas Parson and Geoffrey Arthur Primus were ordered to serve 48 hours of 11-29 sentences, pay a $350 fine and lose their driver’s licenses for one year for DUI.
Tony Samuel Chapman was ordered to serve five days of an 11-29 sentence for domestic assault.
Gregory M. Patton was ordered to serve 48 hours for driving on a revoked license.
Floyd Craven was ordered to serve five days of an 11-29 sentence for domestic assault.
