Judge Bill Locke ruled on the following cases Thursday in Traffic Court.


Jamie Nicole Judge was released on time served for driving on a revoked license.


Michael McDowell was ordered to serve seven days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence for driving a motor vehicle without functioning ignition interlock device.


Jerical Jermaine Rhodes was ordered to serve four days for driving while license revoked second offense.


Ericka Turner was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence for DUI. She must pay a $350 fine, perform 24 hours public service work and have her driver’s license revoked for one year. She was given 10 days to serve and granted a judicial diversion for reckless endangerment.


Stefan Ray Ward was released on time served and given 11-29 probation for driving on a suspended license second offense.


Justin Lee Hill Jr. was ordered to serve 90 days of an 11-29 sentence for driving on a revoked license second offense and three counts of violation of probation.


Bryan Jennings was released on time served and given 11-29 probation for evading arrest and driving without a license.


Ronald Pendergraph had probation revoked for violation of probation.


Danny Collin Smedley was ordered to serve 10 days for first-offense DUI and simple possession. He must also pay a $1,100 fine, perform 24 hours public service work and have his driver’s license revoked for one year. He was granted a judicial diversion on the possession charge.


Brittany Nicole Smith was ordered to serve 48 hours and given 11-29 probation for DUI, driving on a revoked license, leaving the scene of an accident, evading arrest and reckless endangerment. She was ordered to make restitution, if any, perform 24 hours public service work, pay a $350 fine, attend adult recovery program, and have her driver’s license revoked for one year.
