Sentences were handed down Thursday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Traffic Court.Included in court action:Johnny Miles Tindell was ordered to serve 240 days behind bars and pay $50 plus costs for repeat-offense driving on a revoked license.Eric Scott Howell was ordered to serve 45 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $650 plus costs and lose his driver license for two years for second-offense DUI, evading arrest, reckless endangerment and possession of drug paraphernalia.Marilyn Elaine Strayn was directed to serve 45 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $600 plus costs, and lose her driver license for two years for second-offense DUI.Jesse Wayne Lewis was instructed to serve 60 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $50 plus costs for driving on a revoked license.Braxton Kane Bennett was instructed to serve 22 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $1,250 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI Class and lose his driver license for one year for DUI, driving on a suspended license, possession of meth and drug paraphernalia.Gregory Chase Gibson was ordered to serve 20 days of an 11-29 sentence and must pay $900 plus costs and perform 24 hours public service work for possession of morphine, resisting arrest and second-offense driving on a revoked license.Sharon Durbin was given an 11-29 sentence and released on time-served and must pay $750 plus costs for simple possession of drugs.Nolan Scott Hillis, Ronda D. Turner and Atlanta L. Northcutt were ordered to serve 48 hours of 11-29 sentences, pay $350 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI Class and lose driving privileges for one year for DUI.Michael A. Williams was bound to the grand jury on charges of DUI, public intoxication, attempted possession of meth and possession of drug paraphernalia.Lamar Readus was issued a six-month probationary sentence and must pay $50 plus costs for driving on a revoked license.Joseph A. Smith was given a six-month probationary sentence and must pay $50 plus costs for driving on a revoked license.Jose E. Aguilar was instructed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence and pay $50 plus costs for driving on a suspended license.Jerry Richard Rutledge was handed an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $50 plus costs for second-offense driving on a suspended license.Phillip Robert Webster was instructed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence and pay $50 plus costs for driving on a suspended license.Troy N.
