Sentences were handed down by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Traffic Court.Included in court action:Deborah Pugh was ordered to serve 45 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $600 plus costs and lose driving privileges for two years for second-offense DUI.Trammell N. Harris was bound to the grand jury on charges of driving on a revoked license and possession of drugs.Bobby Earl Jones Jr. was ordered to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence for second-offense driving on a revoked license.Timothy D. Saylors was directed to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence and pay $50 plus costs for driving on a revoked license.Kristal Kay McCormick and James Darrell Vincion were instructed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $350 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI School and forfeit driving privileges for one year for DUI.Christopher Lee Simmons was given an 11-29 sentence but released on time-served and is to have no contact with his mother for domestic assault.Brandon James Kester was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $750 plus costs for simple possession of drugs.Andrew Joseph Baron was given a six-month sentence but released on time-served and must pay $50 plus costs for criminal impersonation.Auselio Rueda and Evelyn Donna Ballew were handed six-month probationary sentences and must pay $50 plus costs for driving on a suspended license.Oscar Diaz was issued a six-month probationary sentence and must make restitution for leaving the scene of an accident.Kachina Faith Ferrell must pay $10 plus costs for leaving the scene of an accident.Gilberto Muniz Godinez, Ivan Antonio Munguia, Luis Fernando Morales, Gaspar Carmelo Gomez, Adriana Perez Lopez and Carlos Perez Gonzales must pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.
