Sentences were handed down Thursday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Traffic Court.Included in court action: Billy Clarence Martin was ordered to serve 90 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $50 plus costs and perform 40 hours public service work for repeat driving on a revoked license.Steven S. Davis was directed to serve 45 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $600 plus costs, attend DUI Class, perform 24 hours public service work and lose his driver license for two years for third-offense DUI. Treva Gail Martin was directed to serve 30 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $750 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work and lose her driver license for one year for DUI and possession of meth and drug paraphernalia.Jeremy Lemar Moore was ordered to serve 10 days and pay $50 plus costs for repeat driving on a revoked license. He was given 30 more days for violation of probation.Jason Ryan Arnold was given an 11-29 sentence and must pay $900 plus costs for simple possession of marijuana, driving on a revoked license possession of drug paraphernalia.William Thomas Beasley was bound to the grand jury on charges of possession of meth and drug paraphernalia, simple possession of marijuana and attempt to possess a prohibited weapon.Jose Luis Acuna was instructed to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence, pay $50 plus costs and perform 12 hours public service work for driving on a revoked license.Zackary A. Flanagan and Michael John Martin were directed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $350 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI Class and lose driving privileges for one year for DUI.Crystal J. Martin was granted an 11-29 judicial diversion and must pay $250 plus costs for simple possession of drugs. The diversion means she can have her record erased once her probation is over.William Mullican was granted an 11-29 judicial diversion and must pay $250 plus costs for simple possession of drugs.Charlie Chad Barnes was bound to the grand jury on charges of third-offense driving on a suspended license and violation of child restraint.Bridgette S. Johnson was bound to the grand jury on the charge of driving on a suspended license.Duane A. Wagner was bound to the grand jury on charges of repeat driving on a revoked license and speeding.
