Sentences were handed down last week by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Traffic Court. Included in court action:Allison Marie Edge was ordered to serve 60 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and pay $50 plus costs for fourth-offense driving on a revoked license. Her sentence will be served in addition to time she owes the state for violation of probation.Jessica Renae Fitts was directed to serve 62 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $350 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI Class, and lose her driver license for one year for DUI and violation of probation.Natalie Michelle Smith was directed to serve 32 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $1,100 plus costs, attend DUI School, perform 24 hours public service work and lose her driver license for DUI and possession of drug paraphernalia.Charles T. Nunley was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $750 plus costs for possession of meth.Oral Preston Campbell was ordered to serve 45 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $750 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI School and lose his driver license for two years for second-offense DUI and possession of drug paraphernalia.Jonathan Ewell Smith was bound to the grand jury on charges of being a habitual traffic offender and driving on a revoked license.Javier M. Villegas, Jessie Eugene Thomas, Michael Brian McCarthy, Heidi R. Machammer and Trent Hillis were instructed to serve 48 hours of 11-29 sentences, pay $350 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI Class and lose their driver license for one year for DUI.Loan Thi Nguyen was instructed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence and pay $50 plus costs for driving on a revoked license.Walter K. Jetton was granted an 11-29 judicial diversion and must pay $250 plus costs for simple possession of drugs.
