Sentences were handed down Thursday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Traffic Court.Included in traffic court action:William R. Draht was ordered to serve 32 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $1,100 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work and lose his driver license for one year for DUI and possession of drugs.Stanley Morgan Baldwin was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and warned to stay away from the city of Manchester for theft and violating an order of protection.Ethan Womack was instructed to serve 20 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $750 plus costs for possession of drugs.Johnny David Nunley was directed to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $750 plus costs for possession of meth.Fidel Morales Rodriguez was directed to serve seven days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $400 plus costs, attend DUI Class, perform 24 hours public service work and lose his driver license for one year for DUI and driving on a suspended license.Gentry Chad Newby was bound to the grand jury on charges of second-offense DUI and possession of a handgun while under the influence.Makayla Barrett was granted an 11-29 judicial diversion and must pay $150 plus costs for possession of drug paraphernalia. The diversion means she can have her record erased once her probation is over.Tommy Brian White was handed an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $260 plus costs for driving on a suspended license.Alexander K. Vantuyl was directed to serve five days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $50 plus costs for driving on a suspended license.Johnny Heath Goode was handed a six-month probationary sentence and must pay $50 plus costs for driving on a revoked license. He must serve the balance of his prior sentence for violation of probation.Anthony Kirk Myers must serve 48 hours and pay $50 plus costs for driving without a license.Travis D. Jennings was placed on probation for a six-month period and must pay $50 plus costs for driving on a revoked license.Jeremiah Niemeyer was given a six-month probationary sentence and must pay $50 plus costs for driving on a suspended license.Jamie Sue Ferrell was bound to the grand jury on the charge of driving on a suspended license.Luis M. Chavez, Misty Lynn Brown and Cornelio Suchite-Perez must pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.Jamie Sue Ferrell must serve 30 days for violation of probation.
