Sentences were handed down Thursday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Traffic Court.Included in court action:Larry Wayne Morton was directed to serve 45 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $650 plus costs and lose his driver license for two years for second-offense DUI and driving on a suspended license.Donnie Edward Roark was instructed to serve 45 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $50 plus costs for driving on a revoked license.Crystal Ann King was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $750 plus costs for possession of meth.Ashley Nicole Myers was instructed to serve three days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $50 plus costs for driving on a revoked license.John Allen Ashmore III was directed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence and pay $150 plus costs for possession of drug paraphernalia. He was bound to the grand jury on charges of possession of meth and driving on a revoked license.Christopher R. Ogden was instructed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence and pay $50 plus costs for driving on a suspended license.Curtis Allen Reed was bound to the grand jury on charges of possession of meth and drug paraphernalia and driving on a revoked license.Lucas D. Hall was bound to the grand jury on charges of possession of meth, driving while in possession of meth, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving on a suspended license.John A. Ashmore was bound to the grand jury on the charge of theft.Trisha Ann Gillette was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $350 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI class and lose driving privileges for one year for DUI.Joshua Daniel Davis was granted an 11-29 judicial diversion and must pay $250 plus costs for simple possession of drugs. The diversion means his record will be erased once his probation is completed.Rey D. Hernandez, Sebastian F. Sebastian, Ross Lee Herrin and Arturo Garcia must pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.
