Judge Bill Locke ruled on the following cases Thursday in Traffic Court. Julian Juarez was ordered to serve 45 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and pay a $600 fine for second-offense DUI.Jose Flores Torres was ordered to serve 120 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and pay a $1,100 fine for third-offense DUI. Linda Griffin was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay a $350 fine and perform 24 hours public service work for DUI. Sandy J. Bratcher was ordered to serve 60 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay a $600 fine for second-offense DUI and driving on a suspended license second offense. James Cowan Evans Jr. had probation revoked for violation of probation.
