Sentences were handed down Thursday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Traffic Court.Included in court action:Jason Lynn Bouldin was ordered to serve 60 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $1,000 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI Class and lose his license for one year for possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia and DUI.Bobby Allen Lee was directed to serve 45 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $600 plus costs and lose his driver license for two years for second-offense DUI.Benjamin Jennings was instructed to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $760 plus costs for possession of meth and driving without a license.Allison Ann Edge was directed to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $50 plus costs and lose her driver license for one year for driving on a revoked license.Jeremy Dean Sissom was ordered to serve 30 days of a six month sentence, pay $50 plus costs and lose his driver license for one year for driving on a revoked license. Cody Fults was instructed to serve two days of a six-month sentence, pay $50 plus costs and lose his driver license for one year for driving on a suspended license.Mandy Lynn McBride was instructed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $360 plus costs, lose her driver license for one year, attend DUI Class and perform 24 hours public service work for DUI and driving without a license.Brandon Seth Rains was directed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $360 plus costs, lose his driver license for one year, attend DUI Class and perform 24 hours public service work for DUI.Tara Michelle Lewis was given an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $750 plus costs for simple possession of drugs.Travis Perry was granted an 11-29 judicial diversion and must pay $250 plus costs for simple possession of drugs. The diversion means his record will be erased once his probation is over.Kelli D. Smartt was bound to the grand jury on charges of driving on a revoked license and driving on a suspended license.Timothy G. Smith was bound to the grand jury on the charge of driving on a revoked license.Jesus Hernandez Martinez and Tracy F. Knox must pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.Dillon A. Meacham was given an 11-29 sentence consecutive to his prior sentence for violation of probation.
