Sentences were handed down Thursday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Traffic Court. Included in court action:David Matthew Scott was ordered to serve 90 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and pay $1,000 plus costs for possession of marijuana.Garrett Dillon Lance was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $850 plus costs and forfeit his weapon for criminal impersonation, unlawful possession of a weapon, driving on a revoked license and possession of methamphetamine.Miranda Nicole Moore was directed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence and must enter the adult recovery court for possession of drugs.Troy Lane Parton was directed to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $750 plus costs for simple possession of drugs.Connie June Morton was directed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $1,100 plus costs, attend DUI Class, perform 24 hours public service work and lose her driver license for DUI and possession of drugs.James T. Crowe was ordered to serve seven days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $1,150 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI Class and lose his driver license for a year for DUI and simple possession of drugs.Clifton Duane Hennessee was bound to the grand jury on charges of driving on a revoked license.Patricia Jean Ashburn was instructed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $350 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work and lose driving privileges for one year for DUI.David Matthew was directed to serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation and was given another 10 days for driving without a license.Rodolfo Cabrera Rojas must serve 48 hours and pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.Dayvon J. White was bound to the grand jury on the charge of driving on a suspended license.Juan Pablo Martinez, Jessica L. Lafevers, Andrew Lee Fults and Darlene Marie Davis must pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.Jared Thomas Gum must serve 48 hours for failure to appear in court.Garrett Dillon Lance must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.
