Sentences were handed down Thursday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Traffic Court.Included in court action:Cody Ray Parsley was ordered to serve 150 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $50 plus costs and lose his driver license for one year for driving on a revoked license and violation of probation.Jose Flores Torres was ordered to serve 45 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $600 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work and lose his driver license for two years for second-offense DUI and driving without a license.Anthony Kirk Myers was instructed to serve 45 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $600 plus costs and lose his driver license for two years for third-offense DUI.Brandon Eugene Locke was directed to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence, perform 60 hours public service work and lose his driver license for one year for driving on a revoked license and DUI. Kelly Reed was granted a six-month judicial diversion and must pay $150 plus costs for possession of drug paraphernalia. Erik John Sutton was directed to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence, pay $50 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work and lose his driver license for one year for driving on a revoked license.Austin Taylor Martin was bound to the grand jury on charges of leaving the scene of an accident and violation of the financial responsibility law.Augustin R. Gomez, Ryan C. Hendrixson, Frankie Leon Kelsor and Juanita Y. Walker must pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.
