Thrower advances to songwriting semifinals

Rock Island resident Frankie Thrower won Thursday night’s 2022 Tennessee Songwriter’s qualifying round at Collins River BBQ. He advances to the semifinals in hopes of continuing the winning streak and taking the spotlight at Bluebird Café.
More than a dozen songwriters took the stage at Collins River BBQ last Thursday night hoping to be the one to advance in a state competition.
