The street paving controversy concerning pothole-filled Sunnyside Heights is one more signature closer to coming to an end. According to city attorney Tim Pirtle, he has received the signed deed from JRN, the corporation that owns Kentucky Fried Chicken and the last property owner to give the city of McMinnville right-of-way ownership of its portion of the street.“We received the deed from JRN,” said Pirtle during Tuesday night’s Board of Mayor and Aldermen meeting. “I will submit it to the city for its approval after a review.
