Two women have been cited into court after they were caught dancing nude at Tailgater’s Sports Bar, something investigators say has been going on for some time at the bar in Morrison under the permission of management. The women, Jenny L. Hobbs, 29, and Cynthia J. Nunley, 41, are both charged with public indecency, a Class B misdemeanor which is punishable by a maximum $500 fine. The women were not arrested but were issued citations when the Sheriff’s Department raided the bar last Friday. The owner of the bar, James E. Crouch, will also be cited into court as lawmen say the nudity was going on with his permission and he was profiting from the conduct. He is out of state and has yet to be served.“We had received complaints for a few months,” said Sheriff Jackie Matheny, noting that prompted investigators to send in undercover agents to not only observe the illegal nudity but to also capture pictures and video.
