The city of McMinnville will be asking the Tennessee Department of Transportation for its permission to continue a walking trail under the bridge on Beersheba Street. “Wally Bigbee and Friends of the Greenway have asked if we will request an easement or right of way from the state underneath the bridge in Mt. Leo,” said Aldermen Ben Newman, during a Parks and Recreation Committee meeting.
