Helping Animals of Warren County has a tasty offer for its latest fundraiser.
A SPAY-ghetti Dinner has been organized for this Friday, March 19, to help generate funds for spay and neuter costs of Warren County animals.
For $7, individuals can order a plate of spaghetti complete with bread and a dessert. The nonprofit is even willing to make deliveries for those who purchase at least five plates. Orders must be placed by Wednesday, March 17.
HAWC assisted with 396 spay and neuters in 2020 for animals in Warren County.
Being a small group of 11 individuals, HAWC struggles to do it all. “For those who want to donate something besides money, we also need pet food, dog houses and plastic storage totes that can be made into feral cat houses,” said HAWC president Hollie Cox.
Those wishing to make an order for a spaghetti plate can do so by sending a message to the HAWC Facebook page, emailing helpinganimalsofwc@gmail.com, or calling 931-743-7666.
For inquiries about volunteering or donating outside of the SPAY-ghetti Dinner fundraiser, individuals should refer to the HAWC Facebook page.
