Three of the worst streets in McMinnville are slated for paving. “Garfield Street, Hannah Street, and Post Road will be paved when Tinsley Asphalt fires up in April,” said McMinnville Public Works assistant director Brad Hennessee. “That will finish the 2017-18 fiscal year money.”McMinnville officials unanimously accepted a 2018 paving bid from Tinsley Asphalt.
