Work on Rebel Hill Street marks the end of the road for paving, at least for now. According to McMinnville Public Works assistant director Brad Hennessee, it has been a struggle to make sure Rebel Hill Street is complete before school begins Aug. 10. “Rebel Hill Street is the only street scheduled at this time,” Hennessee said.
