Recent mishaps reinforce need for Animal Control circle drive

It was motor vehicle déjà vu Monday when two drivers backed off an embankment at Warren County Animal Control and Adoption Center within hours of one another. “I couldn’t believe it happened twice in one day,” said Kim Pettrey, director of Animal Control. “I wish they’d finish this circle drive so this would stop happening.”
