Celebrating our country’s independence has no age requirement. Scores of children and parents donned patriotic garb, and decorated wagons, strollers, bikes and various other sorts of kiddie-sized vehicles Thursday morning, taking part in the annual Yankee Doodle Children’s Parade as part of downtown McMinnville’s July 4th festivities.
