The McMinnville-Warren County Chamber of Commerce named Melissa Mullins as president/CEO on Wednesday.
Mullins has served as interim president/CEO of the Chamber since Nov. 1, was vice-president of operations in 2022, and served as financials assistant since 2017.
"The Chamber Board of directors is excited to announce the promotion of Melissa Mullins as she leads this organization forward," said Shane Brock, immediate-past chair of the Chamber and chairman ofthe hiring committee. "Her dedication, leadership and experience have been invaluable throughout her tenure. She will continue to use her extensive knowledge of this organization, and her deep love of this community, to grow and further enhance the Chamber and its programs for all members and potential members."
"I am thrilled to step into this position and appreciate the Board's confidence in me," said Mullins. "Warren County is a great community. We have so many wonderful local businesses. The Chamber's job is to advocate for and serve as a resource for our businesses and members. When business is strong, it provides a foundation for our economy. Mullins is a lifelong native of Warren County and a graduate of TCAT with an accounting assistant diploma. She is married to Jesse Mullins III and mother to Emerly and Seth Mullins.
The McMinnville-Warren County Chamber of Commerce was formed in 1950 and currently serves 328 members.
Their mission is to champion members and enhance the vitality of the community through actions that encourage sustainable economic growth and commerce.
