A tradition that has spanned over four decades will continue this year as Morrison Ruritan is accepting nominations for its annual Citizen of the Year Award. Club president Wes Williams says March 3 is the deadline for nominations for the 2018 Citizen of the Year. The 2017 Citizen of the Year recipients was Marian Jacobs.
