Notie Pearl Ramsey, daughter of the late Russell and Notie Mooneyham Ashley, was born Oct. 8, 1944 in Van Buren County and died April 23, 2024 at Signature Healthcare of Monteagle. She was 79 years of age. Notie was fondly known by family as Nana, Notie Pearl or Margaret.
