Mistaken burglars kick down wrong door

Sentences were handed down against two burglars who broke into the wrong residence looking for a man who wasn’t there.The burglars, Charles Robert Fults and Logan Tyler Martin, both copped pleas to aggravated burglary and were sentenced to serve 162 days of three-year sentences. Martin has already served his time while Fults recently began serving his jail term.The men forced themselves into a residence at Green Acres Apartments and brought a couple of women with them.“The victim stated he was in bed when the front door of his apartment was kicked open and entry was made by all four subjects,” reported McMinnville police officer Chris Hutchins. “They then proceeded to the room where he was sleeping and Logan Martin kicked in the bedroom door.”The victim recalled Martin asked him “Where is my money at?” to which the confused victim responded, “What money?”He then asked who they were looking for.
