Carolyn Miller has announced she is seeking re-election as 10th District Commissioner. Miller was injured in an automobile accident April 30 and was life-flighted to Vanderbilt trauma unit. She was returned to rehab at Saint Thomas River Park and is now home with a broken foot, broken elbow and neck injury.
