Sexual exploitation charges have been leveled against a Yorozu employee after child porn was allegedly found on his cellphone.The suspect, Billy D. Brinkley, 34, has been charged with sexual exploitation of a minor and will face preliminary hearing before General Sessions Judge Bill Locke this Tuesday. The count is a felony, the severity of which will pertain to how many indecent images of underage persons were on his phone.Brinkley was charged after he misplaced his phone while at work at Yorozu and it was found by another employee.“The complainant said they had found a phone and as they tried to find out who it belonged to it was found the phone had images of children engaged in sexual situations,” revealed sheriff’s investigator Jason Rowland.The discovery was reported to the sheriff’s department and Rowland was able to track down the owner of the phone. During subsequent questioning, Brinkley reportedly admitted to knowing about the illegal images on his phone.“He admitted to getting the images from pornographic websites,” Rowland noted.The number of images on the phone will determine how much time Brinkley could face.
